Steven Garry is a founding Director of Unicorn Property Group and comes from an entrepreneurial property background.

Steven has extensive experience in working with historically important buildings, and appreciates the challenge of balancing the demands of conservation versus development in upgrading these projects to the intricacies of current 21st Century requirements. Steven founded Drummond Oak Ltd in 1993, to manage a variety of commercial and residential property projects in Scotland: he has specialized in the field of listed buildings, their planning, building, and historic consents, refurbishment and environmental issues.

Steven founded Valequest Ltd in 1998 to focus on residential investment, property management, general refurbishment and project consultancy. Operating throughout Scotland, Steven has built up a substantial and specialized network of proprietary property contacts.

Steven is a graduate of Manchester Metropolitan University, which he left in 1983 with a BSc. Prior to 1993, he worked in sales and marketing within the IT and retail sectors writing new business with many of the sectors’ top FTSE companies.
