Tim Allan is one of the founding Directors of Unicorn Property Group.

He comes from a background of private wealth management and has worked with some of the most prominent entrepreneurs and families in the US and the United Kingdom. Between 1998 and 2003, Tim worked for one of the world’s largest financial institutions, Citigroup establishing the Scottish private wealth office for the American giant. In 2003, Tim joined UBS, the world’s leading private wealth manager, as a director, focusing on Scotland and North of England

In 2005, he left banking to join with Steven and Peter to create Unicorn Property Group, where his expertise in investment and marketing has been a key element.

Tim graduated as an MA in History from St Andrews in 1988, attended RMA Sandhurst thereafter, and served in the British Army across the world until retiring as a Major, in 1998.

In addition to being a director of Unicorn, Tim sits on the Scotland Committee of the BIG Lottery Fund, and is the Chair of Young Enterprise Scotland, the leading business and enterprise education charity in Scotland.
